Historic product of Casera Monaci is the Burro Valle Imagna (Imagna Valley Butter), handmade product of high-quality, derived from the processing of milk coming exclusively from the Imagna Valley with a percentage of fats not lower than 82%.
Excellent at breakfast to spread raw on the bread, to season first and second courses or to prepare excellent desserts, butter is always a key product in our gastronomic tradition.
