Among the cheeses with cow’s-milk, feather in the cap of Casera Monaci and recognized as one of the best table cheeses from Bergamo, the DOLCE BRANZI MONACI, made with milk coming from the valleys of Bergamo: Brembana Valley, Imagna Valley, Selvino and Oneta.
Among the other cow’s-milk cheeses of our own production: Formaggella Valle Imagna, typical local cheese with a sweet, delicate flavor, Taleggio DOP Monaci, a cheese with protected designation of origin made with Italian milk coming from Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto, and Strachinél de Claness, local cheese with a typically aromatic taste. Among our latest dairy products the Braciere, a cheese for the griddle, ideal to slice and melt on the embers and Monachella, a cheese with a sweet taste.
