Kefir to drink from 100% Italian cow’s milk
Kefir is a delicious fermented drink, originally from the Caucasus countries. Similar to yogurt, kefir is excellent for treating various digestive problems, improving bone health, and fighting bacterial infections in a completely natural way. Furthermore, it’s an excellent alternative for people who are lactose intolerant.
Of our production, drinking kefir is prepared with cow’s milk, live lactic ferments for kefir, probiotic ferments (lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium animalis in a 1:1 ratio). It’s offered plain or in 10 different fruity flavours: green apple, strawberry, berries, vanilla, mint, apricot, lemon, orange-ginger, coffee and hazelnut. Available in 1 liter bottles. and ½ litre.
Probiotic foods such as kefir contain live microorganisms that settle in the intestine and help maintain the balance of intestinal bacteria. The best-known source of probiotics is yogurt. However, kefir contains even more: around 30 different microorganisms.
