Stracchino Nostrano whit raw milk from Bruna Alpina breeds
Stracchino Nostrano is a soft cheese produced with whole cow’s milk. The milk is processed raw and comes directly from selected stables that raise exclusively Bruna Alpina cattle.
Square in shape, typical of stracchino, it is characterized by lactic aromas which become more intense with maturation, the rind is wrinkled, the soft texture with very light holes which tends to become golden yellow with ageing.
It’s a fresh cheese, obtained exclusively from processing of Italian milk, rennet and salt; it can be consumed even a few days after production. This cheese goes very well with fruity white wines or combined with not too full-bodied red wines and is perfect to enjoy with polenta.
